These photographs are of people who believe that their personal convenience is more important than the lives of the people around them.

Typing on his computer while driving may be legal for police
but how is he going to explain that to the parents of the kid he plows over.

The behavior of the people in these photographs shows that they do not care about any of us. Their personal convenience (in their eyes) is far more important than the lives and property of you and I. These photographs depict textbook sociopathic behavior and a clear and present danger to you, me and everyone on the road or sidewalk.
If you know this person, take action.
Talk to them and ask why they are willing to endanger the rest of us?
